When I first created Knight City I knew that the city was going to be circles within circles. That's when it hit me, it was a symbol of what is happening behind the scenes of the city. The main villain has the whole city under their control and the citizens are the flies on their web.

For the fashion of the high class, I had struggled to figure out what their fashion should be. I asked my Professor. She showed me high-end fashion she also gave me the tip to think of the most outrageous things that could be in fashion and ask yourself "why not?" and have fun. So I looked into it and had fun doing it.

The city of the outcasts
After I changed my comics from magic girls to heroes. I knew that there would be a part of the city that would be where the outcasts would live. That was the beginning of the old city.

For the fashion of the lower class, I wanted the fabric to be more worn out and rough. So when doing the illustrations I decided to use pencil crayons which showed the texture of the paper which was just right for what I wanted for the characters on this fashion sheet.
